Who decides who can access behavior reset center?

Behavior specialist & campus MTSS will review data to determine what students would best benefit from BRC.

How does your program differ from a SPEd self-contained classroom?

BRC acts as a proactive support for General Education students, as well as Special Education students through check-ins and social skills. BRC also allows opportunity to support students in real-time as they are having challenging behaviors. There are no delegated minutes with BRC and time spent there is contingent to the student’s ability to regulate.


How long does it take to see student growth with minimizing their challenging behaviors?

Student growth is always dependent on the individual child, however campuses report positive climate change almost immediately after implementing the program.

What kind of token system do you use for students who use your reset program?

Students can earn points through the campus PBIS. Some student’s who have IEP’s may have access to individualized token systems embedded into their programs.
